About the event
Students will learn how to make three classis tart recipes from scratch. Students will learn the techniques and recipes for a fruit tart, chocolate ganache tart, and a key lime tart that they can taste in class or take home!
Our pastry chef will demonstrate how to make a graham crust and classic crust, as well as the techniques for the three different tarts. Students will then practice making their own with assistance and guidance from our chef teachers.
