About the event
In this fun-filled and educational class, students will learn to make traditonal peruvian empanadas. Our head pastry chef, Carmen, will demonstrate the techniques needed to make empanada dough, as well as our traditional beef and chicken (aji de gallina) filling from scratch. With help from our chef instructors, students will be rolling, filling, twisting & baking- so be ready to get your hands in some dough and enjoy delicious empanadas! Enjoy in class or take home 6 fresh baked empanadas.
