About the event
In this exciting 2 hour class, you will learn how to make peruvian alfajores, a classic South American sandwhich cookie, from scratch. Our head pastry chef, Carmen, will demonstrate the techniques to make the alfajor dough and homemade dulce de leche. With the help and guidance of our chef instructors, students will build a 5-layer alfajor cake that's topped with mini alfajores that they can take home.
