Learn how to make three classic tart recipes from scratch! Our pastry chef, Carmen, will demonstrate how to make graham crust, classic sweet crust, as well as the fillings for the three different tarts, including: homemade vanilla pastry cream, key lime curd & dark chocolate ganache. They will then practice making their own with assistance and guidance from our chef instructors. Enjoy the tarts in class or take them home!
